Ricardo has been Plant-Based since 2017, for him it has been a process rather than following the current "Vegan trend". Throughout the years Ricardo illiminated animal products from his diet. It was a slow process, which required discipline and willingness to learn. Since being on a Plant-Based diet, Ricardo has been feeling better throughout his productive days. It made him also gain more knowledge about different fruits, vegetables etc. It brought a never present creativity to him, how he prepares food. Ricardo loves to share his knowledge and experience living a Plant-Based diet
